By downloading, installing, or using AutoTap ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
AutoTap provides automation tools that enable users to simulate taps, scrolling, browsing interactions, and to save automation workflows for later use. The App is provided for convenience and productivity purposes only.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for how you use the App and its automation features. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service.
Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed and managed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.
All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including but not limited to design, code, graphics, and branding, are owned by AutoTap. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without prior written permission.
AutoTap is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any third-party websites or services accessed through the App. Use of automation features does not grant you any rights to interact with third-party platforms beyond their own terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, service interruptions, or misuse of automation features.
We do not guarantee that the App will be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted. Automation results may vary depending on external factors such as website behavior or system limitations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that may harm the App or its users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Apple Inc. is not responsible for the App and has no obligation to provide support, maintenance, or warranties. All claims related to the App are governed solely by these Terms.
